Reporting of offenses
VRM SPA has equipped itself with an IT platform where its possible to report potential actions and behaviors that are not in conformity with the values and respect system as pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 (transposition of European Directive no. 1937 of 26 November 2019).
Reports
Reports must be properly detailed in order to allow us to validate the facts reported, identify any irregularities and promptly adopt the necessary corrective measures.
The reporter will always be informed of the outcome of the investigations on what he reported, following the instructions for accessing the portal.
We remind you that reports can be made both anonymously and in nominative form and, in both cases, the data transmitted will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and protection against any form of retaliation or discrimination, as required by Legislative Decree no. 24/2023.
